INVESCO Korean Equity Fund (a)

To achieve long-term capital growth by investing directly or indirectly in securities of Korean companies or other entities or subsidiaries of Korean companies and securities listed or traded on the Korean securities market. The Manager will seek to achieve the investment objective by investing primarily in equity or equity related securities (including warrants and convertible securities however, no more than 10% of the net asset value of the Fund may be invested in warrants). The Fund may invest in the securities of investment funds which provide access to certain markets where there are restrictions on foreign investment or where the Manager perceives that such funds provide other investment opportunities.
