Placeringsinriktning

To achieve long-term capital growth by investing in small companies incorporated in countries throughout Europe, but excluding the United Kingdom. For investment purposes the Manager has defined Europe as all the members of the European Union, Scandinavia and the countries of Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The Manager will seek to achieve the investment objective by investing primarily in listed equity or equity-related securities (including warrants and convertible securities however no more than 10% of the net asset value of the Fund may be invested in warrants) in the major European markets of companies with a market capitalisation in the lower 25% by market capitalisation on the relevant exchange at the time the investment is first made.
