The Portfolio emphasizes stock selection based on a fundamental value approach.The Investment Manager combines research with a disciplined investment process to evaluate a company´s intrinsic value.Within this value investment framework,the Investment Manager selects equity securities of established U.S.companies to create a diversified portfolio of what the Investment Manager believes to be the most attractive U.S.value stocks.From time to time,the Portfolio may invest in non-U.S.issuers,but not more than 15%of the Portfolio´s net assets.
