The Portfolio´s investment strategy emphasizes stock selection based on a fundamental value approach. The Investment Manager combines research with a disciplined investment process to evaluate a company´s intrinsic value in relation to its stock price. Within this value investment framework, the Investment Manager selects equity securities of established companies from more than 40 industries and 40 companies around the globe to create a diversified portfolio of what the Investment Manager believes to be the world´s most attractive value stocks. From time to time, the Portfolio may invest in Emerging Markets issuers, but not more than 20% of the Portfolio´s net assets.
