The Fund’s investment objective is capital appreciation. The Fund will invest at least two thirds of its total net invested assets in equity securities of companies expected to benefit from the development, advancement, and use of technology. The Fund will invest in securities of large, well-established companies, as well as small- to medium-sized companies that the Investment Manager believes provide good emerging growth opportunities. The base currency of the Fund is U.S. Dollar.
