The primary objective of the Fund is capital appreciation. A secondary objective is income. The Fund will pursue its objective primarily through investments in common stock and preferred stock, and as an ancillary matter in debt securities and securities convertible into common stock (including convertible preferred and convertible debt securities). No more than 30 of the Fund’s net assets will be invested in securities of non-U.S. issuers. The Fund is run by Mutual Series based in the States and member of the Franklin Templeton Group. Mutual Series have an outstanding track record and are given the highest five star rating by the fund ratings group Morningstar. The Fund invests, according to a disciplined value investment style, in three main types of investment: conventional value, bankruptcies and restructurings. Mutual Beacon will appeal to investors looking for investments in special situation or a specific investment style.
